We are seeking an experienced manager to direct our installation teams.  Our 30 plus year old company is growing even in these tough economic times. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Managing technical product installations
  • Managing a team of six or more technicians
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Great troubleshooting skills

Core job responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire and train technicians
  • Manage 15-20 technicians in two states
  • Forecast monthly billings
  • Implement ongoing staff training and certification programs
  • Handle customer inquiries on installation process
  • Investigate warranty claims
  • Calculate payroll

Sonitrol Tri-County, the industry leader in verified intrusion alarm systems has immediate openings for outside commercial sales representatives!  Our unique product sets us apart from our competitors. Because of the increase in crime, during our current economic downturn, our business is recession neutral. This is a true outside sales job, requiring prospecting, presenting and closing. We are looking for persuasive, results-driven, action-minded sales professionals with at least two years outside B2B sales experience and a proven track record of closing deals.

Our progressive commission plan pays successful reps over 100K per year.

We have a guaranteed salary while training and guaranteed monthly draws against commissions.
